SHORT MEDIATION

LONG MEDIATION

$5,000 + GST

6 to 7 hour mediation - assuming 1 to 2 volumes of material (or equivalent E-brief up to approx. 850 pages).
If a longer mediation or further material, then add $450 + GST for extra reading / mediating time.

CONFERENCE ROOM FEES

Mediations can be held in:

my Chambers on Level 13, Quay Central, 95 North Quay, Brisbane Qld 4000
at a solicitor's firm
virtually
or elsewhere as arranged and paid for by the parties

When required, I can book the well-appointed conference rooms on Level 1, Quay Central. These rooms provide a neutral environment for mediation at very reasonable rates:

$220 - $470 (3 rooms, half or full day)
extra rooms: $30 (half day) / $60 (full day)
all room hire is billed at cost (plus GST) as part of my invoice

CANCELLATIONS

Please give me as much notice as possible when cancelling a mediation that is either booked or marked in my diary as a tentative booking.

If the mediation is adjourned or cancelled by a party or parties within fourteen (14) days of the date appointed for the mediation, my fees will remain payable and such fees will be paid by the parties, irrespective of fault, in accordance with their agreed shares, subject to any other arrangement the parties may agree to for payment of the fees.

QCAT PROCEEDINGS MEDIATION & PASTORAL RESPONSES BY CHURCH BODIES

As agreed with parties on a case-by-case referral.

$3,500 + GST

3 to 3.5 hour mediation - assuming one to two volumes of material (or equivalent E-brief up to approx. 850 pages).
If a longer mediation or further material, then add $450 + GST per hour for extra reading / mediating time. If a matter becomes a Long Mediation, see below.
