BOOKING
When booking a mediation please provide the names of the parties, the identity of the legal representatives and of any other person attending (including insurance claims officers / managers and support persons).
TENTATIVE DATES
I am content to be booked tentatively for mediations and will follow up with the parties if I am unable to hold the tentative date.
VIRTUAL MEDIATIONS
While I am happy to hold mediations where required - including in my chambers at Quay Central, 95 North Quay, Brisbane Qld 4000 and solicitors' offices - I am also happy to use electronic means.

I prefer Zoom but I also use Microsoft (MS) Teams.
When conducting mediations by electronic means, I am happy to facilitate the relevant links for the meetings and arrange the breakout rooms.

FACILITIES
If the mediation is conducted at Quay Central (either in my Chambers on Level 13 or on Level 1 Conference Rooms, depending on the number of parties and availability) facilities are available.

Toilets - including a disabled toilet on ground level
Summit Quay Cafe on ground level that serves coffee and food
Free highspeed Wi-Fi available (Level 13)
A variety of paid parking stations in the area
